Arianna says the simplest way to be more successful is to get more sleep.

Two and a half years ago Arianna Huffington fainted from exhaustion, hitting her head on the way down. She had to get five stitches near her eye. Shortly after the accident, she became an advocate for getting more sleep.

Here she is at the TED Women conference telling attendees about the benefits of sleep.
